What size footwear to choose?

Is it only the size that is important when choosing?

How do I care for my shoes?

Will the courier call me before the parcel is delivered?

In most cases couriers call the recipient of the parcel, but we cannot guarantee this.

What is the order completion and delivery time?

Orders placed on Saturdays, bank holidays and public holidays are dispatched on the first working day following the working day on which the order was placed. In the event that the deadline may change, the customer will be informed by the shop staff as soon as possible.

What are the delivery times?

Couriers deliver shipments on working days. It all depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the shipper himself. InPost parcel machines operate 24 hours a day. If you choose Parcel Machine delivery, you can collect your parcel at any time.

What should I do if the delivery is delayed?

If you have problems finding out about an undelivered/delayed parcel, please contact the courier company and quote the parcel number/waybill. Based on the waybill/shipment number included in the order dispatch confirmation email, Customer Service will determine what is happening with your parcel.

Can I return the goods?

Of course. You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to do so. You will find detailed information about this in the Returns and Complaints tab
